The quality of posters received for the APAC Forum is exceptional – this is an easy, accessible way to share improvement projects, best practice, and fresh thinking.
This year we will have a variety of poster display formats. When strolling through the APAC Forum poster gallery you can expect to see traditional printed posters alongside posters displayed on electronic screens, and a few video ‘posters’.
We invite you to submit a draft poster for the 6th APAC Forum in Queensland. This year you can choose to submit an ePoster, that will be displayed on electronic screens or accept the creativity challenge and submit one of the ten video posters that will be shown. Our straightforward acceptance process means there’s no need to submit an abstract – simply submit a draft by midnight NZDT 12 July then you’ll have until 15 August to update your accepted poster.
All posters will go into the running for our poster awards. The winners will be announced at the APAC Forum plenary on 22 September 2017 where they will be rewarded with cash prizes and will have the opportunity to do a short presentation.
Judging will take place prior to the APAC Forum with five winners and 10 runners-up identified and selected for printed poster display. Video posters will be judged separately with one winner and two runners-up selected. This year, posters will not be judged by theme or categories. Finalists will be notified 30 August 2017.
Here are a couple of video posters that were displayed at last year’s APAC Forum in Sydney. As you’ll see the options regarding styling and production are endless – how will you deliver your message?
